Väla's management team has two main tasks – to fill the 6 000 parking places (every day) and stimulate visitors to purchase. All digital channels inspires the visitors to visit Väla.
In 2013 Petra developed a site that offered everything on the front page: news, store promotion and inspiration via Facebook. In 2017 the web site was completely rebuilt. All shops can use the extranet to display their current offers, which will then be automatically posted on Väla's public site. As 70% of the visitors come via mobile devices, the site is fully responsive. Besides the web, Petra also develop all tactical digital marketing activities. From Facebook, Instagram to Google Ads.
